I got tired of waiting for spring to arrive in New York (the snow on April 1st put me over the edge), so I flew down to Coral Gables last week for “Spring Break” to kick back with a week of reading and hanging out by the pool. And oh, I swam some laps, too, trying to get back in shape after a winter of cocooning in the house. Swimming is a lot more fun than walking on the treadmill, and it immediately got me out of the winter blues as did some days of just reading, which is quite a treat!
