the_girl_who_kicked_the_hornets_nest.jpgIt looks to be official - the Millenium series we have all been obsessed with WILL have a fourth book.  According the Guardian newspaper in the UK, Stieg Larsson had completed about 200 pages of the fourth book before his untimely death and now his girlfriend and longtime partner Eva Gabrielsson is set to finish the work.

According to interviews she has given since his death, she and Stieg wrote together much of the time and she had a hand in the three hugely best-selling novels.

As our regular blog readers know, THE GIRL WHO KICKED THE HORNET'S NEST was selected by Bookreporter.com as the book of the year, and the entire Millennium series as The Series of the Decade.  They are running a comments section on the page and want to know whether or not you'd read the fourth book if written by someone else.  Click here to comment!

I feel fairly certain that the book will be a HUGE bestseller when it comes out (no pub. date annouced yet) but I also feel certain that there will be plenty of people standing in line to critcize Eva's writing.  I hope that's not the case, but it feels a little inevitable.

I, for one, am just hoping for another great story and a satisfying conclusion.  What about you?  Are you ready for Eva's take on book #4 or would you rather see the series end as it is now?
