Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful holiday and made some wonderful memories.

Before we turn the page on 2015, here’s a quick reminder that now is your last chance to share your favorite books of last year, as we’re working on compiling a reader-generated list of favorites. Click here and take a quick moment to let us know your favorite book that you discussed with your book group in 2015, as well as what your favorite book that you read in 2015 is. The latter can be your book group selection, or another! You have until Monday, January 11th to share your selections. We look forward to reading what books resonated with you. We'll tabulate your replies and report back in mid-January. One quick thing: Please be careful with the spelling of the book titles and the authors' first and last names to save us editing time!

We have an exciting lineup for January! The first of our FIVE contests this month is a BIG one. Lisa Scottoline’s upcoming book, MOST WANTED, won’t be in stores until April. But we are giving 100(!) groups the chance to win up to 10 advance copies of the book. Lisa excels at intricately plotted thrillers that explore hot-button issues, and her latest does not disappoint. It’s about a couple struggling with fertility who decide to use a donor...only to discover the biological father of their baby may be a serial killer. I read this book over the holidays and appreciated how Lisa clearly captured the anxiety and drama that would accompany this news, quickly drawing readers in.
