Read on as we have a lot to share in our late-month update. Many of you may have seen this news on the site already, or in the Bookreporter newsletter last week, as tickets are selling briskly! On Saturday afternoon, March 11th, Simon & Schuster will be hosting a Book Group Matinee at the Ed Sullivan Theater (where "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" is filmed and where the Beatles once performed!). For those of you who have been enjoying “Victoria” on Masterpiece Theatre on PBS, here’s a fun Facebook Live interview that Daisy Goodwin did that captures her enthusiasm for the story. I had the pleasure of hearing Daisy speak last week; her enthusiasm was contagious. This Friday “Z” will be released on Amazon Prime. It’s based on the book by Therese Ann Fowler. Tomorrow night I am attending an event where Therese and the cast/crew of "Z" will be discussing that show; I am looking forward to that! I spent time over the holidays with family and friends, and talk about books came up again and again. I enjoyed learning what people from different parts of the country were reading. I am so curious about how people discover the books that they read, so that was part of my conversation as well.
